Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how onCloud, LLC (“onCloud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our websites — oncloud.io, cloudspire.ai, and cloudspirevoice.com, including the Cloudspire customer portal at portal.cloudspirevoice.com (together, the “Sites”) — or otherwise interact with us. It applies to the onCloud, Cloudspire Voice, and Cloudspire AI brands, all operated by onCloud, LLC.
Customers of the Cloudspire platform are also covered by the service terms in their agreement with us; where that agreement and this policy overlap, the agreement controls for platform service data.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact and demo requests. When you submit a form on our Sites we collect your name, email address, and message, and optionally your company and phone number.
- Chat conversations. Our Sites offer an AI-powered chat assistant. The content of your conversation is processed and retained so we can answer your questions, follow up, and improve the assistant. If you ask the assistant to open a support ticket, the details you provide (including your name and email if you share them) become part of that ticket. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
- Calls, emails, and texts to us. If you contact us directly, we keep the communication and the contact details you use.
- Customer accounts. If your organization is a Cloudspire customer, we process account information (such as sign-in email and authentication credentials) needed to operate your service.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers record technical request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.
- Security services. Our Sites are protected by Cloudflare, which may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example, bot-protection clearance cookies) to keep the Sites safe. These do not track you across other companies’ websites.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We measure aggregate site traffic using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not follow you across the web.
- Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Our contact and demo forms use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to distinguish humans from bots without a puzzle or checkbox. To do this, Turnstile may observe your interaction with the form and issue a token; Cloudflare processes this on our behalf as described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Functional storage. We store small preferences in your browser (for example, your light/dark theme choice, your chat session, and your privacy choices themselves). These stay on your device and are not used for advertising.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
| Technology | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Portal session cookie (ONC_SID) | Keeps you signed in to the Cloudspire customer portal | Strictly necessary |
| Cloudflare security cookies (e.g. cf_clearance) | Bot protection and site security | Strictly necessary |
| Theme, chat session, and consent preferences (browser storage) | Remembers your display, chat, and privacy choices | Functional |
We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, session-replay tools, or third-party ad pixels on our Sites. If we introduce advertising or measurement tags in the future (for example, Google Ads conversion tracking), our consent banner will ask for your permission where the law requires it before any such tag runs, and the “Privacy Choices” link in the footer will let you review or change your decision at any time. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of any future sale or sharing of personal information.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and support tickets;
- To provide, secure, bill, and improve the Cloudspire platform and our Sites;
- To send service communications, and (with your choice respected) occasional marketing about our products;
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate — such as cloud infrastructure, content delivery and security (Cloudflare), telecommunications carriers, and AI model providers that process chat and voice interactions on our behalf under contractual confidentiality;
- Professional advisers and authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
- A successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to previously collected information.
5. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your number solely to send the messages you signed up for. We do not share, sell, or disclose mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any time.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also contact us to opt out.
- Privacy choices. The “Privacy Choices” link in the footer of each Site shows the categories of technologies in use and, when optional categories exist, lets you turn them off.
- Access, correction, deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention requirements. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
- Global Privacy Control. We treat the GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out preference as described in Section 2.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] or call (833) 466-2568. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, form submissions and chat transcripts are retained while we work your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward, and customer service records follow the retention terms of the customer agreement. We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and infrastructure monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we design for security first.
8. Children
Our Sites and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Third-Party Sites
Our Sites link to third-party websites (for example, social media). Their privacy practices are their own; this policy does not apply to them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
